How to get there

We understand that visiting our pet emergency hospital for an emergency or referral can be a worrying time, therefore we want to make your visit as smooth as possible. In this section we’ve added some practical advice that we hope you find useful.

Our pet emergency hospital is in the Whitefield area of Manchester, just off the M60. Parking is available on site and it is also well served by buses (135, 772E, 796G, Y42, Y54) and trams (Besses o’ th’ Barn Metrolink). Enter the address or postcode you’re travelling from in the field below for directions or follow our detailed instructions at the foot of this page.

From M60
(North & East direction)
J17, Take the 1st Exit onto the A56 Bury New Road. Take the first right onto Clyde Ave then first left onto Conway Ave. At the T junction turn right onto A665 Bury Old Road and the hospital is on your left.

From M60
(South & West direction)
J17, Take the first right onto Clyde Ave then first left onto Conway Ave. At the T junction turn right onto A665 Bury Old Road and the hospital is on your left.

From Bury
Travel South on A56 Manchester Road until the road forks at Whitefield. Mcdonalds will be on your right. Take the left hand fork onto the A665 Bury Old Road through the traffic lights and the Hospital will be on your left.

From Manchester
Travelling from Manchester through Prestwich, enter the roundabout for Jct 17 of the M60 and take the 2nd exit on to A56 Bury New Road. Take the first right onto Clyde Ave then first left onto Conway Ave. At the T junction turn right onto A665 Bury Old Road and the hospital is on your left.
